Originally from Ethiopia, Dagmawit, known to clients and teammates as Michelle, is a friendly and energetic force on the salon floor. While she once considered herself shy, six years in the industry have transformed her into a confident, caring presence who loves connecting with clients and creating a space where everyone feels truly seen.

Trained at L’Oréal Academy, Michelle is passionate about people just as much as hair. Whether she’s blow-drying for a bouncy, glossy finish or assisting on a color transformation, her goal is always the same: to make clients feel relaxed, uplifted, and cared for. Her signature? A smoothing blow-dry that leaves hair full of life and shine, and clients smiling.

She believes hairdressing is as much about human connection as it is technique. From chatting through life’s moments to creating a peaceful break in someone’s day, Michelle makes every appointment feel personal.

Her go-to product is a leave-in conditioner (the "detangling dream"), and she’s big on using sulfate-free shampoos and cool water to keep her hair healthy and her color fresh. Her motto? Be kind, stay humble, keep learning.
