With over 25 years of international experience, Natalie Kasses brings unrivaled expertise and creative vision to her role as Executive Stylist and Technical Educator at UNIK. Originally from Sydney, Natalie left school at 14 to pursue hairdressing and never looked back. Her journey has since spanned Sydney, London, Athens, and now Dubai, where she leads with purpose, passion, and precision.

Natalie specializes in multidimensional color, seamless blending, and fashion-forward styling, with a signature touch that elevates every look. She’s particularly passionate about transformation, whether it’s helping a client discover a new sense of self or mentoring fellow stylists to unlock their full potential. Education is at the core of everything she does.

Her career is rich with milestones: becoming a L’Oréal Professionnel International Artist, working backstage at Dolce & Gabbana, being featured in Vogue Arabia, and leading as Dyson’s Creative Stylist for the GCC. However, for Natalie, success is always grounded in connection and care.

Her goal in every appointment? For clients to feel confident, seen, and completely taken care of. Her non-negotiables for healthy hair? A consistent routine, regular treatments, and protecting your hair from heat. Her must-haves? The Dyson Supersonic R and L’Oréal Professionnel’s Color Spectrum and Metal Detox range.
